Manuel Uribe – 1,300 lbs
A native of Mexico, Uribe is known as one of the most obese people living at the moment. The 1965 born man attracted the eyes of the world 3 years ago when he married his long term girlfriend Claudia.

The Mexican had a number of surgeries to remove excess fat. After one such treatments his weight dropped to 790 pounds. Uribe, who often appears in the media (numerous popular science tv stations shot a number of shows about him). If you google his photos, they usually presented him lying or sitting on a big bed. Despite the constant struggle to lose pounds, the man has enormous difficulty simply getting around.
Jon Brower Minnoch – 1,400 lbs
Born in 1941, the American is considered one of the most obese people to have ever walked this planet. Quite realistic estimates indicate that his weight reached 1,400 lbs, but according to experts, it could have been much more. Because of his ultra large size, the man had difficulty walking, and continuous health problems. It was also part of the reason why it was impossible to weigh him properly. At one time when he was taken to the hospital because of bad blood circulation, 12 firefighters had to be involved in transportation procedure.

Jon Brower Minnoch, who at age of 12 already weighed almost 300 lbs, died in 1983. The man kept gaining weight until his death. Interestingly, he is also a record-holder in another area - the biggest difference in weight between spouses. His wife, Jeannette, weighed less than 110 lbs.
Lu Hao – 3 years old, 130 lbs
We talked about man and women breaking world weight records: now it is time to present some of the biggest children and teenagers in the world. A three years old native of China, Lu Hao, weighs about 60 pounds. Medical examinations showed that the toddler’s obesity cannot be explained medically: the boy simply likes to eat well.

Excess weight gives Lu Hao the looks of a young sumo player rather than a typical preschool student. Still, he has not always been like that. His parents recall that at the time of birth completely nothing distinguished him from other newborns. At birth he weighed 5,7 lbs. Yet when he was three months, the situation began to change rapidly. Currently, Lu weighs about five times as much as his peers.
